I have always had a passion to work with the immigrant population and understand their unique needs. I provide immigration evaluations for immigration applications for use in the following situations: Hardship Waivers (I-601 and I-601A) Cancellation of Removal VAWA and Spousal Abuse U-Visas Asylum, Withholding of Removal, and Convention Against Torture I strive to create a compassionate and caring environment for clients. My approach is to work closely with attorneys and their clients to provide a thorough and efficient evaluation process in a safe and welcoming environment. What is an Immigration Evaluation ? Psychological Evaluations for immigration purposes is a psychological assessment that is used to help immigration courts determine whether an individual will be able to remain lawfully in the United States. The immigration evaluation includes in-depth interviews and assessments that occur over the course of 2 meetings. During the assessment process, I will ask you questions about yourself and your immigration case to include specific immigration concerns, your personal, marital and family history, work history, as well as medical and psychiatric history as they pertain to the case. Because each case is unique, different assessments may be used .
