Sometimes you do not need to figure it out alone. Sometimes all we need is support to help continue our journey. Being able to reconnect your mind, body, and soul is essential to the healing process. I applaud you for taking this brave step toward finding support and resolution to work through what is troubling you. I believe whether you are seeking counseling for individual marriage or career related reasons, it is vital to allow the release of burdens, resolve conflicts or heal from present past pain in order to obtain the reality you desire for yourself.My goal is to foster a tranquil space not only where my clients are safe to share who they are but to facilitate the change they hope to see in themselves. I am expressly anti-oppressive, trauma informed, and LGBTQ+ competent.
